I used it for several months and then for some reason I was thrown out of my account, after which I could not return to it, no matter what password I wrote always gave an error, eventually created a second account in which I could not even order anything! It gave an error that the card is unavailable although I pay cash! In the end I contacted support and they told me that the device from which I ordered is blocked and that I will never be able to order food from there again?

They write that you can cancel the order only through customer service, or the restaurant, ordered, write the same second to cancel, they write that you can not cancel. Since the phone did not take, and while they took, it turns out already started cooking...did not have time to choose, the choice of payment, immediately went order. Have ordered food through the Wolt app on more than one occasion. Very convenient service, excellent support service in the app, everything is quite informative, just pluses! The only thing I would like to improve is the city map in the app. Unfortunately, the city of Baku has poorly developed maps, so it is not always convenient to set addresses (a global problem for all applications with maps, including navigators).

The application works well, it is possible to order a group of people, but it is not possible to pay by separate checks for their orders. From the disadvantages we can also point out the lack of portion sizes (you can specify the weight, for example) - from the photo it is difficult to determine whether you are full of one dish or choose an additional one.

The worst food delivery program in Azerbaijan. Even places that deliver a 2-manat doner for free provide better service. You order food from elite restaurants for a large sum (from which Walt takes such an amount for delivery that the cab is certainly not more), and the couriers are always late two times later than the specified time. And you write to support about their inconveniences maximum they can do is to give a bonus token, which equals 1.50 Azn, and you paid 15 Azn.

The app is awkward, incomprehensible and crooked. The minimum order is 1500, but no one talks about this when handing out coupons. There are not many places to order. In the application itself they warn you right away that there are a lot of orders and it may take a long time to get there. Only support works quickly when I decided to delete the account.

For the last 2 months I have been ordering food only through Wolt (Georgia, Tbilisi). Convenient and easy! The only thing I would like is a built-in card payment... There is only Google Pay and cash payment, which is not always convenient.
